New and improved xss rules.

A totally fresh version of Munin.

I finaly got some time, and inpiration to work on Munin again. Hopefully, it will stay this way for good this time.

There are some changes in how Munin work now. I have decided to focus less on the webbased event management, and more on the important core functions of Munin. There is no database requirements anymore since all logging is done to plain text files. Hopefully there will be a new beta release this weekend.

Major changes:
- Don't require SQlite and PDO
- Uses a config.php file

If you are upgrading from a old version Just follow the regular installation steps.

* Changed password hash method back to sha1, for PHP 4 compability
* Filter out events maked as reviewed ok from the event list as default
* Fixed bug in the rule file editor when bogus filename was supplied
* Added option to delte events
* Updated the copyright notice on the login screen
* Added a notice below the menu when Munin is in debug mode

Good news: I'm still alive coding.

The bad news is that I have som incredible much to do. Anyhow, the next Munin release is soon ready.

What is Munin?
Munin is a PHP application firewall that work similar to mod_security, only it is applied to the PHP appplication, and not the webserver. Munin scans trough the HTTP request headers and blocks unwanted requests, based on a set of rules.
